Terms And Conditions and Cancellation Policy

MINIMUM STAY:
Minimum stay of 5 or 7 nights depending on season

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We accept cashier checks and money orders.

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.

A $50 non-refundable key fee and a $5/day parking charge (effective 9/1/05) is payable to the front desk at check-in.

Balance in full must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Reservations for the holiday season, December 15, 2005 through January 4, 2006 require full prepayment by October 15, 2005.

Cancellations for the holiday season that are made prior to October 15, 2005 will receive a refund less $50 processing fee.

Cancellations for the holiday season made on or after October 15, 2005 will forfeit all payments.
